The founding partners of LEWIS & LEWIS trading as Dem-Inter are Mark Lewis, a UK citizen, who graduated from Reading University in 1980 with a BSc (Agric) Hons in Farm Production Management and Jane Lewis, FRICS, a Chartered Surveyor.

Dem-Inter utilises a number of Farm Directors, Operator Trainers and Consultants from Ghana, Nigeria, Russia, Zimbabwe, Zambia and South Africa providing skilled and experienced day to day management, mentoring and training at farm level to the local management team.

They are supported by a team of Technical Directors and Consultants assisting with all aspects of crop production, water management, crop storage and processing, risk management, and machinery and equipment.

In the various countries in which we are asked to operate, we have able local partners, who are an integral part of the agri-business and can sit on the various boards, to provide that vital local knowledge and connection, to ensure the businesses are able to operate efficiently in that particular country. We are continually mentoring and training local staff to enable them to work themselves up the career ladder within Dem-Inter to benefit themselves and the company.
